Last updated: May 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of queencityrelocation.com and services provided by Queen City Relocation. By using our site or contacting us about Charlotte relocation services, you agree to these Terms.

About Queen City Relocation

Queen City Relocation is a Charlotte-focused relocation platform led by licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agents and REALTORS® affiliated with Real Broker, LLC. We offer apartment locating assistance, home buyer representation, neighborhood discovery content, and relocation guidance.

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site
  • Use the content for commercial republishing without permission
  • Misrepresent yourself when requesting our services

Services Disclaimer

Information on our website is provided for general guidance and educational purposes. Editorial content describing Charlotte neighborhoods is intended for lifestyle education and housing planning. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, or financial advice.

Real estate market conditions, school assignments, property tax rates, and lease incentives change. We make best efforts to keep content accurate, but you should verify time-sensitive information directly with the relevant property, school district, lender, or government source before making a decision.

Apartment Locating

Our apartment locating service is free for renters at participating Charlotte properties. Compensation comes from referral fees paid by the property at lease signing and does not change your rent or terms. Some private landlords or non-participating buildings may not honor referrals; we will tell you up front if a property does not participate.

Real Estate Representation

Buyer-side and seller-side representation is provided under standard real estate commission structures with full agency disclosure. We follow North Carolina's Working With Real Estate Agents disclosure standards and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Specific terms of representation are described in any agency or buyer-broker agreement you sign.

Fair Housing

Queen City Relocation supports Equal Housing Opportunity and complies with all applicable Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any protected class under federal or North Carolina law. Our neighborhood guides describe lifestyle, transit, amenities, and housing only.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and editorial material on this website is owned by Queen City Relocation unless otherwise noted. You may share links to our content with attribution, but you may not republish, reproduce, or modify content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Queen City Relocation provides this website and its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our editorial content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
